You may find it useful to break down the course into the 6 units, although I have shown it as one item. * As the CHRP course covers the knowledge requirement, don’t forget to include the activities and behaviours that have been identified from the HR Profession Map that you need to include. * Add in any other planned company courses etc that have arisen from, say your annual staff report etc. * Be realistic about what you can do in a yea r. You can always carry activities over to another year 2013-14, 2014-15 and so on. I would suggest that you attach the Development Plan and Records as Appendix A.
